New HOme Construction / New Exterior Projects
The Architectural Design Committee has developed guidelines to help property owners in the Cedron Creek Ranch Association determine the requirements for new home construction and/or new exterior projects.
The Architectural Design Committee must be informed, and the Architectural Change Request (form 101) must be approved by the Design Committee in writing, before any improvements being made to your property.
There are many questions regarding exterior home improvements and the Architectural design committee is always glad to help you to understand the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (Article VII).
If you are considering exterior home improvements, and are not sure if your project requires prior notification and approval, please be proactive and contact the Architectural Design Committee below.
