The Architectural Design Committee must be informed and the Request approved in writing prior to any improvements made to your property. The submission for approval of plans and specifications shall be by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to the Architectural Design Committee at the address listed above. The period of thirty (30) days for approval, pending, or denial thereof shall be calculated from the date of mailing request. (DCCR1 Article VIII Architectural Committee).
